Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. Please note, you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
Intimate or sanitary items
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:
Gift cards
Downloadable software
Certain health and personal care items
Return Process
To complete a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send returns back to the manufacturer directly.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain circumstances, including:
Books with visible signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts (due to reasons other than our error)
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account.
Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please get in touch with us.
Sale Items
Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please reach out to us. We will then provide you with the shipping address for the return.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a gift certificate for the credit.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver directly, and they will be notified of the return.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.
For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
